my story

Your mindset shapes how you experience the world, but limiting beliefs and patterns can keep you stuck and unable to move forward.
How my journey shaped my work
I didn’t choose this path—it chose me.
My passion for helping others was born from profound loss. At 24, I was on the brink of a new beginning, expecting my first child. I spent nine months dreaming of the life that awaited, only for everything to change in an instant. A few days before my baby was due, she passed away in the womb. I delivered a child who never took a breath, and with that, my world shattered. The dreams I had built disappeared, leaving behind a hollow grief that words could never capture.
I could have let the pain consume me. Instead, I chose to find meaning in the devastation. As cruel as it was, that loss became the catalyst for my work. I became a student of life—learning through the hardest lessons and discovering how we survive, adapt, and ultimately heal.

“Pain is inevitable, suffering is a choice”
– Haruki Murakami
What my life experiences have taught me
- Nothing is certain, and that’s okay. Life unfolds in ways we can’t predict, and learning to embrace uncertainty has been one of my greatest strengths.
- Not to label experiences as 'good' or 'bad'. Sometimes, the most painful moments bring unexpected gifts.
- To fully experience life as it is, without judgment. Sitting in discomfort, rather than resisting it, allows true healing to happen.
- To release self-judgment and accept all things as they are. This shift has allowed me to approach myself—and others—with deep compassion.
- To trust that life has my back. Even in chaos, there is meaning and purpose waiting to unfold.
- To stop sabotaging myself and unlearn old, limiting patterns. I have done the work; now, I help others do the same.

Rewriting the subconscious beliefs that shape your life
Many of us are unknowingly living life through the lens of childhood conditioning. By age seven, we’ve absorbed beliefs about the world—whether it’s safe, unpredictable, or full of possibilities. Those subconscious patterns drive how we handle relationships, challenges, and self-worth. And if left unchecked, we find ourselves repeating cycles that no longer serve us.
That’s where my work begins. I help you rewrite those old narratives through counselling and coaching. It’s not about fixing what’s broken but rediscovering the strength that’s been there all along.
Counselling is for anyone who feels stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change.
whether life is falling apart or simply not feeling as fulfilling as it should.
